I’m Annie! I am a Counselor, Mom, and a “retired” baker. I am from Washington D.C., but now call Winston-Salem, NC home. I have both experienced and seen the healing power of counseling and consider it a privilege when I get to enter into the life of an individual to partner with them in understanding their own story. I am trauma-informed and believe in caring for the whole person, body, mind and spirit.
