The Rest Initiative provides virtual counseling services for individuals and couples, but we are not equipped to offer crisis intervention or emergency mental health care. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room for immediate support.
Once your contact information is submitted, a member of the TRI intake team will be in touch within 24 to 36 hours

Licensed, Pre-licensed and Pastoral Therapists: Every counselor is trained at a master’s level or higher and practices from a Christian worldview.
Virtual Sessions: All care is provided online, giving you access to excellent support from the comfort of your home.
